Agreement
By creating an account or using StoMTO you agree to these terms. If you use StoMTO for a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind that company.
The service
StoMTO is browser software for plan takeoff, materials lists, and related tools. Packages (Solo, Yard, Merchant) and feature limits are described on the pricing page and may change with notice. Soft-launch features may be adjusted as the product matures.
Accounts and billing
You must provide accurate signup details and keep credentials secure. Paid plans are billed via Stripe. Trials require a card where stated. You may cancel anytime through the Stripe Customer Portal linked from Settings. Prices are listed excl. VAT; StoMTO is not VAT-registered yet and Checkout does not add VAT unless that changes and we update the site.
Estimator responsibility
Quantities from StoMTO are digital takeoff aids. You must verify scale, coverage, and site conditions before bidding or ordering. Exports and share packs are not formal quotations or contracts. StoMTO accepts no liability for ordering or pricing decisions made from unverified quantities.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service (abuse APIs, attempt unauthorised access, spam, or upload unlawful content). We may suspend accounts that harm the service or other users.
Intellectual property
StoMTO software, branding, and site content remain ours or our licensors'. Your drawings and takeoff data remain yours. You grant us a limited licence to process that data only to provide the features you use (including optional Hub push you initiate).
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, StoMTO is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for bid/order losses arising from takeoff figures. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland / United Kingdom. Contact us via /contact for disputes before formal proceedings.
